The Accounting Manager to supervise, track and evaluate day-to-day activities. Accounting manager’s responsibilities include establishing financial status by developing and implementing systems for collecting, analyzing, verifying, and reporting information.
Managing a set of accounting activities to ensure compliance with generally accepted accounting principles, corporate policies, and external audits;
Managing and overseeing the daily operations of the accounting department;
Supervising the AR, AP functions, monthly closing of accounts;
Doing related reports as requirement including Financial statement and manegement reports.
Monitoring and analyzing accounting data and producing financial reports or statements;
Establishing and enforcing proper accounting methods, policies, and principles;
Supervising, tracking, and evaluating day-to-day activities. His/her responsibilities include setting financial status by developing and implementing systems for collecting, analyzing, verifying, and reporting information;
Work with Auditors to complete reports;
Working with stakehoders for related tasks;
Perform tax reports, financial reports as current regulations;
Update new tax regulations, compare and brief any change and impact to our business (When necessary);
Coordinate forecast budgeting;
Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions; Coordinate with Finance to set up master data management purpose;
Assign projects and direct staff to ensure compliance and accuracy;
Handle reports as requirement;
Meet financial accounting objectives;
Establish and maintain fiscal files and records to document transactions;
Other tasks assigned by line Manager.
