1. Customer Acquisition and Relationship Building
- Implement customer visit plans and update visit information to the Manager
- Negotiate with the point of sale owner on the terms and conditions of the company's business contract.
- Search for new points of sale in the assigned area.
- Maintain contact with all clients (current & potential) in the market area to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
2. Customer Service & Management
- Collect and report information about the business situation of points of sale, markets, and competitors
- Implement sales standards according to the Brand’s guidelines at the point of sale.
- Execute and coordinate the outlet in terms of quality, availability, visibility, price compliance, and promotions.
- Provide POSM to each customer based on the instruction from the Brand and Manager of the company
- Credit Limit Control
3. Territory Management & Sales Goal Achievement
- Conducting outlet visit & provide daily, weekly, and monthly reports to Sales Manager.
- Keep track & find solutions to achieve the monthly/quarterly target
- Conducting market research and competitive analysis
- Able to conduct Night Visits (19:00-24:00)
4. Team Working Mindset
- Need to work with many departments, shall have good relationships with all of the related department including sales, logistics, legal, and other departments.
- Respond to any other task required from the Supplier, Manager, and BOD.
