The Corporate Multimedia Designer will be responsible for producing high-quality visual content, including graphic design and video production, to support a variety of corporate communication and new business development initiatives. This position requires a skilled professional with expertise in both graphic design and video editing, capable of delivering compelling visual assets and multimedia content for corporate campaigns, events, and new product marketing. The role will report directly to the Corporate Communication Manager and support other tasks as assigned.
Key Responsibilities:
Own a strong sense of art and the ability to develop creative art direction to enhance visual storytelling and brand expression.
Create visually appealing graphic designs for corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives and internal/external events, such as student events, staff events, and teacher events.
Design branded materials for corporate merchandise, certificates, and stationery, including uniforms, name cards, letterheads, envelopes, presentation templates, seasonal and festive-themed designs, such as bao lì xì, gift boxes, and special occasion merchandise, in line with the company’s brand identity.
Design engaging visual content for the company’s official social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Design marketing materials for new product development including key visuals (KVs), brochures, leaflets, social media posts, launching events... ensuring consistent branding and effective product positioning.
Produce and edit high-quality video content for corporate communication and marketing purposes, such as short promotional clips, event recap videos, and internal communication materials.
Create motion graphics and animation videos to support new product marketing, brand storytelling, and digital campaigns.
Maintain and enhance the company’s visual identity across all design and video outputs, ensuring a cohesive and professional look.
Collaborate with diverse production vendors to ensure high-quality outcomes in printing, photography, and video production, adhering to brand guidelines and standards.
Stay up-to-date on design and video production trends, tools, and techniques to ensure all visual and video content remains modern, innovative, and engaging.
Regularly review and update designs and video content based on performance metrics and stakeholder feedback.
Support other tasks as assigned by the Corporate Communication Manager.
