Job Summary
A Legal & Compliance Intern will be responsible for supporting the Legal team in 3 main fields: contract and legal documents management; advice on Intellectual Property regulations and other legal matters; and Information Security Management (ISM). He/ She will also be in charge of translating legal documents and engaging in Legal process improvement and development.
Job Responsibility
1. Contract and Legal documents of the company
Assist in checking detailed information of the contracts, agreements, forms, and relevant legal documents as assigned. Assist in uploading legal documents onto HAKUHODO’s e-Contract system.

2. Research on Intellectual Property (IP) regulations and other legal matters
Research about the regulations on Intellectual Property (IP) rights and other legal matters as assigned. Keep abreast with updates on Vietnam Laws.

3. Information Security Management (ISM)
Assist in implementing Information Security Management (ISM) tasks. Assist in preparing forms for the ISM process.

4. Other duties
Translate contracts, agreements, and relevant legal documents. Comply with the internal regulations and process.
