The logistics planner is responsible for coordinating and planning the Warehouse activities, transportation, storage, and distribution of goods and materials in an efficient and cost-effective manner. They work closely with 3rd parties, related departments, to ensure timely delivery and proper inventory management. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and analytical skills, as well as knowledge of supply chain management principles
+ Planning (70%)
Responsible for the Monthly Launching planning schedule, Monthly In&Out Planning.
To communicate with warehouse, Merchandise, about the forecast, forecast Gap, Forecast accuracy, information which impact to monthly in&Out planning activities
To make master Planning (monthly, rolling monthly at least 12 months, yearly) and regulate the warehouse activity based on forcast information, delivery time and real capacity of the warehouse.
Meeting every month, week and urgent meeting with Mer, warehouse, other related departments (Operation, Project....)... to capture the operation status which impact in&Out Plan, warehouse activities, have the action in time.
To control and follow up Launching Plan, In&Out Plan from receiving supplier delivery, custom clearance, warehouse processing to delivery to store and customer in time
To make any reports and statistics which related to Warehouse planning and Launching Plan.
To propose to Logistics Manager the yearly capacity of warehouse
Manage and follow up the receiving times according to capacity agreement with warehouse and report the KPI on that actual result.
To anticipate warehouse capacity base on the long-range plan with evaluation with the history and improvement to assure that warehouse run smoothly.
+ Warehouse Management (20%)
To assure the warehouse activities effectively to send goods to store and customer in time.
Manage Outbound Operations and supporting the distribution (transportation) of products locally.
Manage daily inbound& outbound capacity planning and delivery schedule with the highest efficiency and cost effectiveness.
To ensure that the daily inbound & outbound functions are functioning safely with a high level of accuracy, efficiency (cost & process) and productivity.
+ Inventory Control (10%)
Manage inventory snapshot reconciliation between ERP & 3PL WMS.
Report daily, weekly, monthly stock level and overcapacity risks.
Ensure warehouse inventory transactions are correctly logged
