Fluent in Japanese (spoken and written)
3+ years of experience in web or ecommerce design, ideally in B2B or similar fields
Strong understanding of UX principles and best practices
Experience in designing websites that drive user signups and conversions
Familiarity with designing for Japanese audiences and understanding of cultural nuances
Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, etc.)
Ability to work remotely and meet deadlines
