• Performing tasks related to shipping agency services.
• Collect the information of vessel, vessel schedule and cargoes from the related parties.
• Update upcoming/ongoing vessel arrival to principals and vendors.
• Book vessels in and out of Ports and arrange for pilot and tugboat services.
• Inspect the berths and coordinate with ports to arrange for vessel entry into the port.
• Provide information on the vessel, crew and cargoes to the immigration authority.
• Advise Customs of vessels’ arrivals and departures and reporting of cargoes onboard vessels.
• Conduct customs clearance procedures for vessels and crew when entering or leaving the port.
• Monitor and supervise cargo loading and unloading processes.
• Arrange and coordinate the supply/deliveries of ship spares, stores, contractor services, certificates and documents, provisions, fresh water, waste removal...
• Guide and transport crew members in cases of illness, replacements when necessary.
• Send the report to Shipowners, clients, ports if any.
• Gathering necessary documents for settling vessel expenses.
• Support Operations Supervisor, Shipping and Commercial, General Manager in doing sales works.
• Other ad-hoc duties when being assigned.
