The UI-UX Designer will be responsible for creating and improving the user experience of PITO. This includes working on the design of web and mobile interfaces, ensuring that they are intuitive, visually appealing, and easy to use for our target business customers. The role requires close collaboration with the product team, developers, and business stakeholders to understand user needs and deliver design solutions that meet business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for the UI-UX design of PITO, from conceptualization to final implementation.
Conduct user research to understand pain points and opportunities to enhance the user experience for businesses and partners.
Develop wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to effectively communicate design ideas.
Collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure the technical feasibility of designs and that user needs are met.
Create user flows, process flows, and site maps to communicate interaction and design ideas.
Apply user-centered design principles and best practices to solve complex interaction challenges.
Ensure design consistency across all platforms (desktop, mobile) and adherence to brand guidelines.
Analyze user feedback, usage data, and metrics to iterate and improve the UI-UX continuously.
Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and best practices to incorporate into PITO Xpress.
