Produce world-class developer video content including, tutorials, go-to-market developer product launches, monthly updates, and more Act as primary project manager for all video production: managing stakeholders, timelines, and producing deliverables Collaborate with Replo docs, product, and marketing teams to communicate technical concepts with compelling and on-brand video content that resonates with our marketing audience Write or oversee the script development for video content Manage the video creation process and ensure successful delivery of videos, including pre-production, helping guide through the recording process, and post-production Own video editing, in addition managing editing collaborators and the content pipeline Create supplemental digital assets, including video clips, descriptions, show notes, chapter markers, end screens, cards, and images

Have 5+ years of relevant experience with a portfolio of engaging and polished videos Comfortable learning about new tech, tools, and developer communities in a collaborative environment Can work well in a team environment and individually with little direction Can troubleshoot and manage production challenges Have excellent written and verbal communication skills A born collaborator who also feels comfortable owning the outcome and driving decisions Deliver quality work on tight schedules Experience engaging with and influencing team members and business partners at all levels Proficiency in one or more of the following: After Effects, Screenflow, Camtasia, Premiere, and/or Final Cut Pro English fluently
