- Perform basic Admin Work (70%), an assistant to the CEO (20%) and HR (10%).
- Submit and reconcile expense reports and work with the outsourcing accounting company
- Maintain office supplies, ensure equipment is in working order, or arrange for repair if necessary.
- Occasional HR work when new employees are needed by looking for suitable candidates, communicating with the selected candidates for interviews
- Provide basic office support to either an individual or team as necessary
- Sometimes provide simple tasks asked by the CEO such as running errands or purchasing items
