1. C&B operations
- Maintain and update employee compensation and benefits data, ensuring accuracy in salary, bonuses, and benefits records.
- Assist with benefit management, including updating employee information with third parties and maintaining internal records.
- Assure the benefit program is well updated and communicated to all employees.
- Assist in responding to employee inquiries regarding compensation, benefits, and payroll-related matters.
- Ensure employees are informed about updates in any change related to compensation and benefits.
- Collaborate closely with teams (Business partner, TA, Admin, etc.) to gather accurate data and provide appropriate support for HR reporting requirements.
- Identify and suggest opportunities for automation and improvement in HR reporting processes.
- Stay up-to-date with the new labor regulations, new trends and best practices in HR analytics and reporting.
- Others Perform ad-hoc tasks when necessary and upon assignment.
2. HR Reports
- Gather, organize, and maintain HR-related data from multiple sources
- Develop and maintain HR reports and dashboards using Excel and Power BI.
- Prepare regular reports on key HR metrics, such as headcount, people cost, turnover, absenteeism, recruitment, and performance management, etc.
- Analyze HR data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support HR strategies.
- Collaborate with HR and business leaders and others to interpret data and provide actionable recommendations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in HR reporting, data analysis, or a related role.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, data validation, etc.).
• Good at English communication.
• Experience with Power BI for data visualization and reporting.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present data clearly.
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
• Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Accountability/responsibility high sense of accountability and responsibility; strong commitment to the department objectives and project objectives.
• Good adaptation to changes, open mind, willingness to listen to and learn new things.
