Develop purchasing, import and export processes and propose solutions to overcome difficulties during the working process. Manage domestic and foreign purchases. Manage import and export activities (90% is import) Responsible for import and export activities (mainly import) from the ordering stage until the goods arrive or depart completely through logistics staff and 3rd party logistics. Monitor the planning of goods demand according to Sales/ Project Review prices and check supplier quality annually Search and evaluate new suppliers. Build and train a team of purchasing staff. Closely monitor the work progress of employees, urge and remind staff to ensure proper purchasing procedures. Perform other tasks as required by the Board of Directors

Skills: communication, negotiation and bargaining, persuasion, analysis, synthesis, planning and reporting, high thinking, proactive and logical, good communication in English, proficient in office computers. Skills in using purchasing software (ERP, Lemon3...); Priority is given to candidates who have participated in building processes and training teams, not afraid of challenges. Withstand high work pressure.
