FTI Technical Sales Representative is responsible for sales to existing and new customers. You will build and manage a pipeline of Cloud Services and deliver incremental revenue through upselling and cross-selling efforts.
Connect direct sales or work digitally with the market (global potential customers) to drive sales (B2B).
Contact and build relationships with prospective customers.
Design customized, cost-effective solutions for the client.
Consulting and supporting customers on products and services, negotiating and signing contracts. Deploy customer care.
Prepare sales presentations; demonstrate and explain the operation and use of products.
Post-sales support to ensure a smooth transition and maximize customer success.
Continuous learning: Staying abreast of new developments in cloud computing technologies, attending industry events, and participating in training programs to enhance knowledge and expertise.

College graduate or higher.
Excellent communication skills at the technical and business level.
Prefer candidate with 5+ years of B2B Sales experience in the IT/Telecommunication industry.
Fluent in English. Chinese speaking is an advantage.
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with external clients and internal stakeholders. Must possess intense customer focus.
Ability to work independently, proactively, and creatively at work.
Ambitious and have an appetite to learn.
Technical knowledge in the area of IT/Telecommunication.
College graduate or higher.
