What you will do:
Qualify leads, identify sales opportunities and follow up using CRM systems
Participate in the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing the deals
Prospect and develop new client relationships and new business opportunities with existing clients via call (video or not), email, cha, offline events
Prepare and present sales proposals to customers and negotiate the deal’s terms based on the company’s guidelines
Participate in building good practices for sales team
Work closely with the Marketing team and the Business Analysis team to optimize the whole customer experience and increase the conversion rate from leads to deals.
Work closely with the Accounting department in the collection of overdue accounts
At least 2 years of working experience in B2B sales within the IT industry, preferably with an outsourcing company.
Having experience in businesses targeting English-speaking markets.
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
Good analytical and data-based mindset
Capable of working independently as well as in a team environment
English proficiency (4 skills)
Salary: 15 - 20 VND gross/ month + sales commission
13 months' salary per year, Tet and holiday bonuses: April 30th, September 2nd, New Year, project-based bonuses, and performance-based bonuses
Working hours: 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM from Monday to Friday, NO OVERTIME, ensuring Work-Life Balance
Participation in company clubs: Badminton Club, Table Tennis Club, Movie Club, etc
Working in an English-speaking environment regularly, the company supports the Rocket English 1-1 language training program
