CHI Haircare Vietnam is a leading distributor of high-quality hair care cosmetics, providing premium products to professional salons, retailers, and direct consumers. We are committed to innovation, customer satisfaction, and delivering exceptional products that promote healthy, beautiful hair.
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead and grow our hair cosmetic distribution business. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, team leadership, and the beauty industry, with a passion for driving revenue and building relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy and Planning:
Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve company targets and objectives.
Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
Sales Process Optimization: Identify and implement improvements to the sales process to increase efficiency and effectiveness. Streamline sales activities and ensure the team uses best practices.

Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team.
Target Achievement: Ensure the sales team meets or exceeds sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) by closely monitoring performance, tracking metrics, and providing feedback and guidance.

Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, salons, retailers, and other key partners.
Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profitability.
Revenue Growth:
Drive sales growth through effective customer acquisition and retention strategies.
Identify and implement promotional activities to boost product sales.
Product Knowledge:
Stay updated on the latest hair cosmetic trends and products.
Train the team and clients on product features and benefits.
Sales Reporting and Analysis:
Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market conditions, and opportunities for improvement.

Manage the sales department's budget effectively, ensuring that resources are allocated efficiently to drive sales and support business growth.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Good command on English language is mandatory
Strong sales and negotiation skills.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.
Results-driven with a passion for exceeding targets and achieving business goals.
Ability to analyze data and sales metrics to drive informed decision-making.
Proficient in CRM software, MS Office, and other sales management tools.
Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the beauty or hair cosmetic industry.
Ability to interpret sales data and trends.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, adaptable, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
