You report directly to the Head of Sales & Marketing and CEO.
Duties and Responsibilities
You are responsible for tasks in the following areas:
Understand the ITO market well.
Conduct market research to define market penetration strategies; actively seek new leads/opportunities in targeted markets.
Prospect and generate new pipelines.
Build strategic partnerships with SI (solution integrators) companies.
Interact closely with clients to understand their requirements.
Be able to deliver the first presentation and presales on the company's capabilities.
Cooperate with the delivery team to prepare a comprehensive proposal for customers.
Oversee contract negotiations, ensure deals are properly closed, and contracts/POs are signed off to avoid unnecessary risks.
Coordinate and cooperate with related departments to ensure projects run smoothly.
Follow up with customers from the approach stage to the post-sale follow-up stage, acting as the primary contact point for problem-solving during project execution.
Maintain accurate client records, keeping track of any contract updates and renewals.
Qualifications/ Experience Requirements:
MBA/BA’s degree in /Marketing/Business administration, or equivalent
At least 3 years experience in B2B Sales or related fields
Have knowledge of computer systems, IT, IT Services.
Strong passion for business development
Vision to understand customer needs and translate them into practical solutions planning skills
Fluent in English both oral and written & listening is a must. Specifically, being able to quickly identify client’s pain points in calls, email exchanges, chatting, etc.
Strong listening and questioning skills - outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to follow and ensure compliance with operational processes
Highly developed social, interpersonal and communication skills.
