Manage, store and update system-wide personnel records including current and retired staff.
Update and maintain employee's database on Odoo and excel file.
Carry out procedures related to labor relations (welcome new staff, signing a probationary contract, etc.)
Receive incoming/outgoing dispatches and papers, scan and transfer them to competent authorities for settlement.
Submit/ receive documents and coordinate drafting information and processing simple diplomacy at state agencies.
Support timekeeping, monitor permission funds and monitor the work efficiency of all employees, remind the implementation of company rules, make minutes of violations.
Prepare administrative reports related to Human Resources major.
Prepare announcements for internal events, training & activities within both CISS and EQuest Group.
Assist in internal events & team buildings.
Perform other tasks as required by the Deputy P&C Manager/ P&C Manager.
