Main purpose:
- Provides technical support onsite to Thakral One’s customer.
Time working & working location:
- Time working: Mon - Fri: 09.00 am to 06.00 pm
- Working 3 days/week in Binh Duong plant, and 2 days/week in HCM Head Office
- Binh Duong Plant: 27 Street No.3, VSIP II, Hoa Phu Ward, Thu Dau Mot City, Binh Duong
- HCM Head Office: Flemington Tower, 9th Floor, 182 Le Dai Hanh St., Ward 15, Dist. 11, HCMC
- Shuttle bus provided: Departing from HCM Head Office at around 07.00 am
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Scope of work: 30% helpdesk + 70% admin and vendor coordinator.
- Be responsible for handling the first level of supporting or troubleshooting.
1. ISP --> Internet issue (each of offices)
2. CCTV --> Contact vendor for onsite or online
3. Printer, Photocopy, scanner machine; Tivi, Projector; Cisco phone
4. IT purchasing: New computer, computer repair; Adapter, mouse, keyboard ordering
5. IT service desk: Password reset; OneDrive issue; MS Team; Application issue (Axapta; K4; WABS; HR Payroll;BPM workflows)
6: New laptop setup; ADC domain join; MS O365 license assign. etc..
7. IT Budget: PO and Payment Voucher; Capex and payment submit;
8. IT fixed asset
