Responsibilities:
- Receive and review customer orders, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Coordinate with various internal departments such as production, warehousing, and shipping to fulfill orders in a timely manner.
- Monitor order status and proactively address any issues or delays to ensure on-time delivery.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and concerns related to logistics.
- Provide accurate and timely information regarding order status, shipping schedules, and delivery updates.
- Issue warnings and promptly report incidents posing risks to the trading system, while proposing solutions.
- Resolve any shipping-related issues or complaints promptly and professionally.
- Transport transit cargo to Cambodia.
