Conduct full sales-cycle, from the initial phase, such as market research to define market penetration strategies and identify new business opportunities
Actively seek and generate qualified leads
Build partner relationships via summits, events, and forums.....
Multi-channel follow-up - help uncover new deals and nurture existing opportunities
Formulate and implement high-level strategies for business expansion
Interact closely with the clients to get the client’s requirements
Cooperate with the delivery team and presales to prepare excellent proposals for customers.
Negotiating contracts, ensuring the deals are properly closed, and contracts/POs are properly signed off to avoid unnecessary risk
Follow up with customers from the approach stage to the after-sale stage. Act as the main contact point for problem-solving during the projects
Maintain accurate client records, keeping track of any contract updates and renewals
Other tasks as assigned

Bachelor‘s degree (and above), majoring in business administration, marketing or relevant
Minimum of 2 years of experience in Sales/ Business Development or similar positions in the ITO field
Fluent in English speaking
Have good communication, and persuasion to advise the Business Development Lead on market strategy
Strong presentation and interpersonal skills
Ability to identify opportunities and to develop and implement effective sales strategies
Strong interpersonal skills - ability to build and maintain strong relationships with the team, cross-functional colleagues, and external partners
Aggressive with a growth mindset and positive attitude
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Ability to work under high-pressure
