Job Objective:
The Brand Consultant position is responsible for assisting businesses in evaluating, reshaping, and developing brand strategies. The primary focus is on conducting brand audits, providing specific recommendations, and establishing initial execution plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Brand Audit: Conduct a comprehensive assessment of the current state of the brand, including analyzing strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats. Evaluate customer perceptions, product structure, brand messaging, and current marketing activities.
- Market Analysis: Research and analyze the market, identify competitive positioning, industry trends, and unique selling points to gain insights into the client’s business environment.
- Strategic Planning: Based on the results of the brand audit and market analysis, propose specific brand orientation strategies to enhance and develop the client’s brand.
- Initial Execution Plan: Develop an execution plan for brand improvement, including objectives, specific steps, required resources, and the timeline for brand-related activities.
- Consultation and Support: Collaborate with the management team and relevant departments to address brand-related issues, provide guidance, and support the implementation of brand plans.
- Effectiveness evaluation: Monitor the brand’s performance after implementing new brand strategies, assess results, and recommend necessary adjustments to ensure effectiveness.
